BERJAYA

Welcome to the round up of posts you might have missed this week on Smorgasbord.

Whilst we might not be quite into spring yet, there has been the bonus of a few more extras hours of daylight which helps boost the spirits. We have even had the odd half hour of sunshine but I don’t want to jinx it by getting over excited.

In the meantime here is a little calypso music and some of the animals at Battersea Park children’s zoo eager to get out into the sunshine.

My thanks as always to the amazing contributors for their posts and support.

Smorgasbord Blog Magazine Weekly Round Up – 28th April – May 4th – Sunshine, Chart Hits, Movie Themes, Cuisine Hungary, Weight training, Watermelon, Books, bloggers and Humour

BERJAYA

Welcome to the round up of posts you might have missed this week on Smorgasbord.

The sun has been out for the last few days… I don’t want to jinx it since they are saying that this run of shinshine is going to last for the next week at least. I am hesitant to say that may be our summer but fingers crossed.  In fact despite several very wet weeks recently, it has been recorded as a very dry start to the year and ironically they are considering a hose-pipe ban in parts of the country!

Anyway in the meantime… me and my sun buddy have been taking full advantage and loving every minute.  ( I know you love to see pictures of Baby Cat…..lol)

BERJAYA

My walks have been of course more delightful without the wind and the rain, and yesterday on my walk down to the harbour and along the stream on the way home, I found some wildflowers also basking in the sun. They were not there a week ago so just goes to show how everything comes to life with a bit of sunshine.

BERJAYA

As always my thanks to the wonderful contributors.

Smorgasbord Blog Magazine – Weekly Round UP – February 17th – 23rd – Sunshine, 90s hits, Iconic Duets, Cuisine Grenada, Short Stories, Book Reviews, Amazing Bloggers and Funnies

BERJAYA

Welcome to the round up of posts you might have missed this week on Smorgasbord.

I hope your week has gone well. The usual wild weather here until yesterday when the sun came out and I managed to sit out of the wind in some sunshine for a couple of hours with a book. It has been 15 days since we have seen any sun through the dome of dark grey clouds and it felt amazing. Today we are in the middle of a storm with high winds and rain all day. Still yesterday was a glimpse of better things to come.

I wasn’t the only one basking in the sunshine…..

On the blog front

BERJAYA

This week a new series which I hope will encourage you to participate. Usually I feature authors who have already been promoted on the blog, but this one is wide open and I hope it will appeal to authors who have not been guests here before.

I know from my own books that the earlier ones tend to be neglected when it comes to promotions as we focus on our most recent releases. As you will have seen in the current share an excerpt that is open to First and Latest books.

In this new series the focus is on First Books and an opportunity to give them a bit of love. The first post is going out on Thursday 27th so keep an eye out for it so you can see what it will look like, and you will find the details of how to participate.

As always my thanks to the wonderful contributors.
