#8 : 手足 (shouzu) "hand and foot", a term for brothers so close they're part of the same body (cf maybe "flesh and blood" or "joined at the hip")
#31: 强哥 (qiangge) "strong brother", in this case something like "greatest guy", a nickname with which Liang You’an teases Song Sanchuan
#34: 宋三川 (Song Sanchuan) - that's his name
