We insist that you open an investigation and finish the audit concerning the transactions of The Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s involvement with LaPorte Indiana shell companies to transfer money overseas into a Cayman Island account only to DISAPPEAR.


We insist that you open an investigation and finish the audit concerning the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s involvement with Medicare-Medicaid-Medical Malpractice laws with Central Indiana Corporate Partnership’s Board of Directors and Initiates are predominately involved with Hoosier Health including Eli Lilly, Community Health Network, and Indiana University Health- an organization under severe scrutiny.


We insist that you open an investigation into Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s involvement with BESS centers across Indiana, Solar/Wind Fields built with Tax dollars to Supply the Data centers across Indiana that appear to be tied to the World Economic Forum and LEAP project in Boone County Indiana where the State of Indiana through IEDC is financing businesses – spending public funds for a private benefit- and building infrastructure that damages the environment, depletes water supplies, and exposes citizens to toxins WITH THEIR OWN MONEY.


We insist that you open an investigation into the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s involvement with the Indiana Association of Regional Councils where Hoosier Funds are distributed to fund organizations involved with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation including Purdue University, Notre Dame, Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District- South Shore, Northern Indiana Regional Planning Commission-its former President Thomas P Dermody who is mayor of LaPorte Indiana-(location of a $500M nonprofit with an IEDC officer Leigh Morris involved) with his Right hand man Bert Cook Executive Director of the Local Economic Development organizations who checked into the location of where Shell Companies are located that transfer money to the Cayman Islands and involved in Kickbacks through election campaigns.


We insist that you open an investigation into the artificial inflation of electricity due to the Non-Profit Midcontinent Independent Systems Operator (MISO) with $3.5 Billion in assets submitting a Tariff request to install the “Reliability Curve” that resulted in a rise in cost from $30 in 2024 to $666.50 in 2025 downgrading Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind) as nearly worthless, MISO’s activity within the Indiana Economic Development Initiatives including JOHN BEAR’s seat on the Energy Systems Network: Mission- Increase Renewable Energy such as solar/wind , and MISO members’ involvement with Data Center owners including NIPSCO-GenCo, Duke Energy, META-Google-Amazon to increase electricity use to benefit MISO and its members through Indiana Economic Development Corp Funds- HOOSIER MONEY- worldwide.

USA under WHO Authority

All of the activities in Indiana SB4 (full summary below) appear to be innocent without agenda emphasizing state and local health departments working together and delegating. But, these changes in law might be related to bigger health and security issues around the globe.


Over the past few weeks, changes have been made to treaties with the World Health Organization (WHO).
The resulting treaty affecting the United States is the “zero draft” (pdf found @ https://apps.who.int/gb/inb/pdf_files/inb4/A_INB4_3-en.pdf) for pandemic authority.

This authority, given to WHO by the Biden administration, allows the WHO supreme authority during a health emergency. The United States and all other signatories would submit to the authority of the WHO regarding treatments, government regulations such as lockdowns and vaccine mandates, global supply chains, and monitoring and surveillance of populations.


David Bell, a public health physician and former WHO staffer specializing in epidemic policy, told The Epoch Times. “They get to decide what is a health emergency, and they are putting in place a surveillance mechanism that will ensure that there are potential emergencies to declare.”


World Health Organization (WHO) is a Geneva-based UN subsidiary. UN Undersecretary-General Melissa Fleming stated at a 2022 World Economic Forum (WEF) panel on “Tackling Disinformation” in Davos, “We own the science and we think that the world should know it.”


Several articles have been written in the recent past about the WHO’s close connections to the Chinese Communist party (ccp), another concern when thinking about our governance in health emergencies.


The signing of this treaty automatically places the United States under WHO authority during health emergencies bypassing the need for citizen and Congressional approval.

Indiana Senate Bill 4
“Adds members to the executive board of the Indiana department of health (state department). Provides that the state department may provide district or regional services to local health departments. Require each local board of health to establish a local public health services fund to receive state funding. Provides a method of allocation of state funding to local boards of health, subject to state appropriations. Allows the state department to issue guidance to local health departments. Requires the state department to make annual local health department reports available to the public. Changes the qualification requirements for a local health officer and requires certain training. Requires the state department to identify state level metrics and county level metrics and requires certain local health departments to report to the state department activities and metrics on the delivery of core public health services.”

Why was the World Economic Forum at the G20

Many of us have a gut feeling that the government does not tell us all of the important information that affects our lives. The G20 and the World Economic Forum is one of those pieces of information.

We should all be very aware of the pledges made by the President of the United States at the G20 in Nov of 2022. “The G20 or Group of Twenty is an intergovernmental forum comprising 20 countries and the European Union (EU)” including the United States.

The G20 Declaration includes but not limited to: Number 19 commits to Universal Health care. Number 23 commits the Unuted States to digital Covid 19 certificates and proof of vaccinations. Number 25 affects your First Amendment rights. This directive is attempting to squash “disinformation” but appears to violate the First Amendment which prevent government from infringing on your rights of Free Speech.

Klaus Schwab, “deity” of the World Economic Forum, attended the G20 and gave a speech which included “But what we have to confront is a deep, systemic, and structural restructuring of our world. This will take some time, and the world will look differently after we have gone through this transition process.”

The USA has promised to install solar power on its land to the World Economic Forum. Farmland that produces the nations food is being sold and leased in record numbers to Conglomerates, Billionaires such as Bill Gates who is an Agenda Contributor to the World Economic Forum (WEF) and population reduction enthusiast, and foreign countries.

WEF says they are “an international non-governmental and lobbying organisation based in Cologny, canton of Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded on 24 January 1971 by German engineer and economist Klaus Schwab. The foundation, which is mostly funded by its 1,000 member companies – typically global enterprises with more than five billion US dollars in turnover….”
