Push Yourself Further

Push yourself further. That’s the thought that permeated my mind when I went skeet shooting in the middle of Florida, flew solo to Australia, and when challenged to ride a snowboard to the bottom of a Keystone-Colorado mountain. It’s been a busy year.

There’s nothing like the fear that fills your chest when you embark on something you’ve never experienced before, or the overwhelming adrenaline and fulfillment that lifts up your soul after you accomplish it.

Whether it’s something like talking to a stranger when you’re ungodly shy, public speaking in front of a massive crowd or telling someone you love them for the first time—whatever it is, push yourself further. When you come out on the other end, you are almost always different. These little leaps cause growing bounds in who you thought you were, and most importantly, who you will become.

Life is truly meant to be lived. That’s how our true potential is realized. So don’t let the fear of new, revolutionary experiences ever stop you…and even better, surround yourself with those who continue to challenge and push you even further.
