I've been weepy and sad the last couple of days - a friend is going through a really rough time and it strikes a chord within me. I've been there. It brings back all kinds of memories of dealing with my mother's illness and death.

0. Turned in the first,rough draft of my ds_match fic. And 1/2 of my beta crew says it doesn't suck. Not entirely sure I believe her - la la la la la - but I'm content, for now.

1. Tomorrow is Friday, for which I am eternally grateful. It has been a long week full of frustration at the new financial software. Say it with me: "Grrrr!"

10. Birthday box of glee made it to sisterofdream. Yays.

11. Got a postcard from leafy22 from her trip to Amsterdam. Need to scan it and the one from luzula and post for bragging.

100. dugrival will not be sleeping on the streets of Boston. \o/!

101. Will start working on drabbles from the drabble meme as soon as I'm done with ds_match, which will be next Tuesday, at the latest. Still a couple of slots left, if you want a drabble...

110. julia_here has been doing a "due South/C6d" month of goodies at her journal, as well as doing the recs for crack_van.

111. Flashpoint tonight, for those who have TV.
