What?

Part of #77530

Two small accessibility fixes for the Visual Revisions feature.

Why?

Both are non-breaking, string-level changes with no effect on visual rendering or existing behaviour.

Testing Instructions

  • Create a post with several revisions and enter the Visual Revisions view.
  • Open the list of landmarks - the region previously labelled "Diff markers" should now read "Document Changes".
  • Inspect the revisions slider - the screen reader should now show the date of the selected revision
