We have a favorite moments post where you can share/discuss your favorite Jack/Nathan moments from the entire series thus far. Obviously there will be spoilers in the comments.


PLOT BUNNIES!!
We have a plot bunny post where you can comment with your Jack/Nathan bunnies, or if you're in need of some inspiration, feel free to snag one of the offered bunnies. If you DO write one of the bunnies offered, a note in your header about who came up with the bunny would be nice.

BETAS!!
We have a beta post where you can offer your betaing services or where you can ask for the services of one of the betas who are offering their talents. If you're looking for a beta, please remember to include as much information about the story you want betaed as possible. "Hi, I need a beta" is not going to get you too far. :P "I have a Jack/Nathan, 50K romance/AU/Hurt/Comfort fic" is better. You should also include any other pairings, if there are any, in your description so that those that do NOT want to beta a certain pairing aren't going to offer to beta your story and get a nasty surprise.

FIC FORMATTING!

* PLEASE put spaces BETWEEN your paragraphs. Don't post your story so that it looks like one long paragraph. It's next to impossible to read and most people won't even bother trying.
* Please make sure that any coding you add (like italics or bolding) has a CLOSING tag so that your whole story isn't italicized or bolded.
* Please DON'T indent your paragraphs. It could just be me, but indenting of paragraphs drives me crazy and I won't bother reading a story if it's formatted that way.
* PLEASE add LINKS to the next chapter of your story at the end of the previous chapter. Don't make people have to go hunting to find your next chapter.

DO NOT HARD CODE YOUR STORIES!!!
Most people have no idea what I mean when I say that but, if you go to marshal_science and see your story and the font is bigger than all the other posts, the color is different than all the other posts, the links are a different color etc. You have HARD CODED your story. It's just a matter of making sure that when you copy and paste your story from Word (or whatever program you write in) into the new post page (clicking on the blue pencil on the profile page) that you 1) make sure you're not using "web layout view" in Word and 2) paste it in HTML and NOT into the RICH TEXT editor.
