Louise Arbour, CC GOQ (pelafalan dalam bahasa Prancis: [lwiz aʁbuʁ]; lahir 10 Februari 1947) adalah seorang pengacara, jaksa dan yuris asal Kanada. Ia sekarang menjabat sebagai Gubernur Jenderal Kanada ke-31 sejak Juni 2026.[5][6]
