Day 34.

Everything seems to be normal right now, but I'm on to them. They tried to keep us all inside last week, but I saw them--hordes of goth kids! All covered in black! Man, I could just feel the angst and despair oozing out of them!

They must be plotting against us with the goth kids. Note to self: come up with a better name for them than 'they.' I don't know what they're up to, but they've got to be plotting something, I can feel it tickling in my nose! Hey, come on Rufus, don't do that, I'm going to--aaachoo!

You hear that? I'm not letting my guard down until you do, demon school!

There's something funky in here, I just know it!

I've seen the Channel Four news today... I really hope nobody will get hurt.

At this moments I'm glad we're quite far from the End of the World, but I'm really worried for those who happen to be close.

How am I supposed to--what's this button meant to do? I can't--why's there a red light blinking? Recording? Recording what? I don't...oh. Er.

So...this must be what a school is. You sit in quiet rooms and write down words and memorize them every day... And kids and teenagers and even adults go here? Interesting.

And what happens when, say, someone needs an axe to be forged? Or if you need warmer clothes for the winter? Ooooor if something happens to attack and destroy the entire village? Someone's got to know how to fix these things, right?

...Oh. Right. I'm Hiccup, by the way. I'm, uh, new here. Oh, and if you see a big black dragon anywhere, that's Toothless. He's kind of...jumpy, so try not to do anything too sudden.

[Toothless is currently half inside of a dumpster, raiding its contents for any leftovers that consist of marine life. Minus eels, of course.

Its curious to note, that this dumpster is completely tipped over, so the dragon doesn't have to stand up to stick his head inside.

Theres also a ton of rotten or half eaten food on the ground, so its probably going to smell a bit awful in here until Hiccup someone cleans it up.]

[ To be honest, it wasn't the brightest of classrooms, but, it suited Amelia's needs by being somewhat dim. It was an Astronomy classroom, so, naturally, the lack of light would be most beneficial for telescopes, light screens and projectors. She'd procured several old, large teacher's editions of old textbooks, a few educational posters and other displays for the classroom, but had yet to set up shop. The initiative for decorating was lost after she'd finished furnishing her dorm. That alone was a nightmare, she couldn't find enough wall space for all of her maps. Sooner or later, they started overlapping each other, making some sort of a makeshift wallpaper.
Back to the classroom.
She props the windows open and lets the breeze roll through the dust in the classroom. Her mind wandered somewhat about Delbert, and whether or not this class would make her homesick. Amelia certainly hoped not. ]
