See the damage.
Move the claim forward.
Cotality Engage™ brings live video collaboration into Cotality Claims Workspace, powered by SightCall. Connect adjusters with policyholders to inspect property damage remotely, gather visual information, and make progress on a claim without waiting for every inspection to happen on site.
What does Cotality Engage make possible?
1. Inspect property damage by live video
Let an adjuster see the property through a policyholder-led video interaction and assess visible damage without automatically scheduling an in-person visit.
2. Engage policyholders earlier in the claim
Connect with the policyholder at First Notice of Loss to understand the situation and help them participate directly in the inspection process.
3. Gather visual documentation remotely
Use the video interaction to identify and document damage that matters to the claim.
4. Work within Cotality Claims Workspace
Engage is integrated into Claims Workspace, bringing remote inspection into an existing claims-management environment.
How it works
From first notice to a shared view of the loss:
1. Begin with a claim. An adjuster handles a property claim in Cotality Claims Workspace, including a potential First Notice of Loss interaction.
2. Connect with the policyholder. Start an Engage™ video collaboration session using the customer workflow configured for the carrier.
3. Inspect the damage together. The policyholder shows the affected property while the adjuster asks questions and guides what to show.
4. Document and decide next steps. Use the information gathered to support the claims process, with any record attachments or automated updates subject to the current integration configuration.
Key Benefits
Assess damage without defaulting to a site visit
Remote video gives adjusters a way to understand the loss and determine which claims still require an in-person inspection.
Reduce delays in gathering claim information
Engage policyholders directly so adjusters can collect information sooner and keep the claim moving.
Make the process clearer for policyholders
Let customers participate in showing the damage and discussing it with the adjuster rather than waiting without visibility into the assessment.
