In-Kind/Item Donations
Supporting a wide variety of charitable efforts by donating items primarily for use in raffles and/or auctions continues to be one of the leading outreach efforts of the Green Bay Packers.
Community Outreach staff evaluate in-kind/item donation requests based on the following criteria:
- Location of the organization and/or those benefiting from the services provided by the organization.
- The organization's tax-exempt status under the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) (commonly referred to as a charitable organization).
- Purpose of the event.
- Date of the event.
Due to high demand and limited inventory, requests from or for the following are not eligible:
- Organizations not located in and/or fundraising efforts that do not benefit residents of Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, or Iowa.
- Requests submitted less than six (6) weeks before the date of the event.
- Requests for specific items and/or specific autographs.
- Autographs on personal items regardless of the intended use of the items. All personal items received will be returned unsigned to the sender.
- Tickets for home and/or away games and/or non-football events at Lambeau Field.
- On field/pre-game passes.
- Lambeau Field tours.
- Events where fundraising is not part of the event or where fundraising does not support a charitable organization or cause.
HOW TO REQUEST IN-KIND/ITEM DONATIONS
In-kind/item donation requests must be submitted with documentation explaining the fundraising event at least six (6) weeks before the date of the event. Submitting donation requests using the online applicant portal is preferred.
IMPORTANT: Effective July 27, 2026, Green Bay Packers Give Back activated a new applicant portal. A new GrantsConnect account must be created to request donations. If you have a GrantsConnect/Blackbaud ID that you use with another funder or used for the 2025 or 2026 Packers Foundation grant process, sign in with that login.
