[Google Search API] Organic results full with video or image content

A customer reported that they started receiving results from YouTube on their organic search results.

Another report is the results shows image or videos from Facebook for example (not just YouTube).

I am a customer, and I face the same issue. The Google results turn out to be fake, it goes, and it comes from time to time. I'd like to be notified of this case's resolution and of hints for customers to prevent this bug. Thanks.
