Cholula (bahasa Nahuatl: Cholōllān) adalah sebuah kota penting Mesoamerika pra-Kolumbus, yang bermula dari setidaknya abad ke-2 SM, dengan pemukiman berbentuk desa bermula setidaknya beberapa ribu tahun lebih awal. Situs Cholula berada di barat kota modern Puebla dan dijadikan sebagai pos dagang.
