What is GullHacks?

GullHacks is a beginner-friendly, inclusive hackathon hosted on Salisbury University’s campus for college students of any major. Our goal is to develop and enhance students’ technical skills to help them become competitive applicants in technology-related careers.

This is our first iteration, and we’re aiming to make it bigger and better with every year that follows. Join us November 7–8 for a weekend of ingenuity, technical prowess, and fun – no experience required.

Why Participate?

Build something real. Ship a project in 24 hours and add it to your portfolio.
Win prizes. Multiple tracks, multiple categories – everyone has a shot.
Eat well. Free meals and snacks all weekend.
Meet people. Mentors, sponsors, fellow hackers, and faculty.
Learn. Workshops, mentorship, and the kind of focused time it takes to actually figure something out.

5 main categories. Two days. Free meals throughout.
