accessibleWhenDisabled only keeps focus on the action button itself during its disabled transitions. When the API key form submits or the key is removed, the focused control inside the form is unmounted, so focus still falls back to <body>. Replace the pendingFocusRef + useEffect indirection with a direct focus() call after the awaited save/remove completes. The extra ref and effect were only needed to defer focus until isBusy cleared, but the async callback already runs after that point, so the simpler form is equivalent. This PR fixes an issue where focus is temporarily lost on the connector screen during plugin installation. As a result, the screen reader's narration when the install button is pressed is refined.
