i just love that @charli_xcx has made herself undeniable to anyone who may have questioned her impact or her choices in the past. whatever U might think ab her music is actually irrelevant, she just IS one of the few, singular artists who’ve shaped the pop music of our generation
Unfortunately being exploited, undervalued, ignored, taken advantage of and overall fucked with as an artist is just the name of the game in this industry. I have a lot more to say on this, the above is just one example (!) but it’s what I’m dealing with at the moment
