𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 🔎 Let us give you closer look and deeper insights into the construction of A1 Motor Park. 🏗️ Before the race cars ever touched the asphalt, heavy construction machinery laid a specially engineered asphalt surface, developed by Italian experts and designed to meet the demands of Formula 3 races and Formula 1 car testing. 🚧 Within just 8 months, the circuit saw the installation of 8,400 square meters of concrete pavement and 2,195 linear meters of curbs. 🏗️ Over 4,000 meters of drainage systems were built, along with more than 6,000 meters of electrical conduit infrastructure. Surrounding the facility, over 70,000 sq. meters of green areas have been developed. 💡 Advanced drainage systems, safety zones, protective barriers, and fencing have also been implemented, all fully compliant with international federation safety standards. 🏁 The nearly 4-kilometer track is not limited to a single layout. Its configuration includes 15 turns and offers multiple usage options, allowing adaptation for different types of events. The circuit meets FIA Grade 3 and FIM Category B requirements, making it suitable for Formula 1 bolide testing sessions as well as hosting Formula 3 championship races. #constructionprocess #developing #racingcircuit

Our Civil Engineering Representative Stephen Dellow was a judge at the STEM Racing Regional Finals last week. Formerly known as F1 in Schools, Driven has been a long time supporter of the series, originally as a sponsor of a local team and now as a judge of the competition. Valentino Rossi has praised the Mandalika International Street Circuit, calling it a "beautiful track" with a "very good layout". During his visit to Lombok for a training session with the VR46 Riders Academy, he expressed his admiration for the circuit, stating, "The circuit is good, all riders like Mandalika. The layout is very good, with beautiful scenery close to the sea, so I think it will be a great Grand Prix where everyone will enjoy watching". As the team behind the circuit, I think that Driven International Ltd, Roadgrip Ltd and Mrk1 should be very proud of Valentino's comments!
