WRJ had over 150 sign-ups for Day of Action, representation from about 118 unique sisterhoods and women’s groups, engagement from numerous individual members, and events held across every District. Thank you for showing up and standing up for the values we share.
The application for WRJ’s North American Board of Directors is now LIVE! All individuals interested in promoting WRJ’s pillars of sisterhood, spirituality, and social justice, both locally and beyond, are encouraged to apply.
Through its philanthropic arm, the YES (Youth, Education, and Special Projects) Fund, Women of Reform Judaism awarded over $335,000 in grants to 34 programs that will encourage the growth of individuals as Jewish trailblazers and the advancement of Reform Movement institutions.
Leading with the principle of Tikkun Olam, WRJ mobilizes collective action for various causes to create a more just and compassionate world for people of all backgrounds and identities. From abortion access to sexual harassment and assault to pay equity and racial justice, WRJ empowers women to use their voices and cultivate the next generation of Reform Jewish leaders through education, advocacy, and action.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
WRJ is committed to diverse identities and wants supporters to experience a sense of belonging as their authentic selves.
