    You say is the fastest theme , no it is not! you say is very light but when you insert a readymade theme , it adds huge amount of requests and the page load time goes to 5 sec without optimization . but what i want to say is the same server the same site with other theme like Generatepress or oceanWp is faster and much more clean code .

    I am really dissapointed from this theme , i was waiting much more . it has a lot of stuff that dont look professional at all .

    Needs huge improvement …

    You can check out the official website of ASTRA and see how slow and not optimized is in compare with other themes out there .. not professional at all .

    I will not ask for a refund cause i want to see that theme in the future …

    I am sorry if you think so. But, as per the discussions we had over support ready-made starter sites include many images and CSS / JS files that come from the other plugins used to build these websites. Therefore, it completely depends on all these factors as to how many requests will be sent to and fro from the site.

    Performance of a website does not depend on the theme alone. If you wish to compare different themes, it is recommend that one uses the same environment or may be a fresh WordPress installation for testing the performance.

    We have built Astra with an aim to build the fastest and the best performing theme for WordPress. But, there is always some scope for improvement and we are open to feedback and suggestions from real users like you that help make the theme better.

    We assure you that our efforts will continue and we will keep improving day by day. 🙂
