Is Halloween your favorite holiday? Or do you just get a huge kick out of
dressing up and scaring the holy h-e-double-hell out of people? Then you
might want to hang out at FrightTown this September and October.
The FrightTown haunted house is the biggest and scariest haunted house in
the whole Portland metro, and we'll be reopening our doors at the Portland
Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, October 4, for a whole new season of thrills
and screams. Not too many people realize that all that horror is actually a
non-profit production by the 1031 Community Theatre - and every year about
this time we look far and wide for the best and scariest new volunteers we
can find. We have positions for actors, set decorators, set builders, makeup
artists, costume designers and more, for every level of experience from rank
amateur to polished pro. And since we're a local non-profit arts collective,
if your school or company has some sort of community service requirement, we
can help you meet it by scaring the crap out of people. That's a good deal.
Preparations have already begun and we'll be starting Scare School training

Remember Ed Wood is a night of horror and b-movie rockn'roll with a
free midnight screening of Plan 9 from Outer Space to kick off a
campaign to get Ed Wood a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. After all,
its the Hollywood Walk of Fame, not the Hollywood Walk of Talent, right?
Bands include Creature Feature, the resurrected Penis Flytrap featuring
The Aberration and Dr. Satan, Demonia and Glen or Glenda. Burlesque by
Renee du Jour and Miss La Diva. Puppet show by Baboon Torture Division.
Proceeds will go towards the Ed Wood Star Fund.

Let me introduce myself, I make, rent, and sell horror and haunted house props in Los Angeles. I have corpses, body parts, bones, and headstones piled on every flat surface and crammed into every crevace of my house. My neighbors have called the cops on me on multiple occasions, including one full out SWAT team because I have a tendancy to take my work home with me.
It's a good life though, I've worked on some of the weirdest projects imaginable, and chatted with the folks who do the real creepy work.
So I want the live journal community to know, if you ever need to buy a dead body, or maybe just rent one for the weekend, I'm your man. Go ahead, ask for anything, the weirder the better.
I also perform in some of these B movies. Here's a shot of me in the new "Night of the Living Dead 3D"
And I drive a hearse that's been used in all kinds of productions, including one porn.
I'm also a total flickr junky, and started a community for scream queens and other beautiful horrors.
So that's my introduction, stay tuned for updates on all manner of B movies in production and whatever atrocities I'm cooking up in my shop.

This is SO addictive!!! This is like MMORPG crack!!! Only i hate both MMRORPG and crack so i am confused as to why i am so addicted!!! If you are not playing this yet . . . you must be a moron!!! Give it two or three days and you will be the addict . . . but PLEASE REMEMBER the game is only several weeks old and is being developed each and every day.
I have a Military Class / Level 4 Specialist who has already established an independant and secure safe zone in an un named Police Department in an un named suburb un named for obvious reasons . . . drop me an eMail if you know me AND you want the safehouse location. Otherwise just drag your fiending corpse over to the website and sign up in about 25 seconds flat.
Tip : Sign yourself up for THREE players, no more, no less, but do not allow any of them to spawn or even venture into the same suburb or all three will be IP banned for working together.
