I only very recently finished watching Angel for the first time (I know, what's wrong with me, right?), and I think Fred and Wesley have somehow been etched into my brain. Theirs has to be the most moving onscreen relationship I've seen—I was paralytic with grief by the time I finished season 5. Anyway, the point of this post being, I had to get some of the grief out, and this is the result. Surprisingly, it's not the tragedy video I started creating, but more a celebration. I hope you guys get some enjoyment out of it :)

Hey there. This is my first public fanfic, and it's long (which is usual for me)... it's Wes/Fred, so I figured I'd post a link here for your enjoyment!
Title: The Strange Attractor, Part One of Chaotic Attractors

Disclaimer: All the "Angel" stuff is owned by Mutant Enemy, not me.
Spoilers: Through "Not Fade Away"
Summary: Illyria, discontented with life in the aftermath of her allies' deaths, goes to the Powers That Be and makes a demand that leads to unexpected consequences--the chance for her and Fred to change the past, and possibly take the fight against Wolfram & Hart further than anyone had ever dared hope.
This fanfic series will endeavor to re-write "Angel" from mid-Season 3 onwards, hitting many of the same major plot points but through a different path, and utterly changing the fate of Team Angel. There'll probably be eventual Buffy crossovers, too. Check it out at chaosattractor . Reviews and comments encouraged and desired!
