Made my first incursion into Amazon payments today and after hitting about 10 'Continue' buttons made the payment. Yay!

I have a few questions for those of you who used it before:
1. How are the deliveries made? Do they use a local delivery agency?
2. If an item gets to me broken (I mean CDs and DVDs mostly) can I hope that I'll get a replacement?
3. If something can be bought 'used' what does it mean? Is there some standard for the used items or I can expect anything?

Oh, and I just discovered I made an Amazon wishlist last year *g* Don't want anything from it anymore :)

I'd also like advice about comms where I could advertise the fest. I haven't been around for a while and I might have missed new rules and I don't want to upset anybody.

It's been quite a while since I wrote the last SGA fic and I want to start writing again. Experience shows that my best fics are those I wrote for somebody, so I come with an offer :)
Give me a prompt (a quote, a picture, a scene you imagine), the pairing/characters and the genre and I'll write a fic for you until Christmas.

Pairings/characters: pretty much everyone that is introduced until Sunday. I can write Carson/anybody, gen, Teyla/anybody.
Timeline: until Sunday or AU
Genre: I'm best with h/c and angst, but I can try a bit of humour.

Please, be as specific as you can. I prefer working with clear prompts rather than general ones.

Today is my birthday and for the first time ever, I got just what I wanted ^_^ I learned to be less subtle with my suggestions (went as far as making a wishlist :)) and I got a few great things.
