Are you up to something?

I have been gone from LJ and the fandom for a while. I am back in school and I just haven't had time between work, school and the little social life I get, to actually log back on. Recently I have been lurking around some journals and getting back into the fandom. Which reminded me that I had some fan fiction of my own that I had been working on. I went and found them. I think I am going to post them and let anyone who is interested finish them. Some of them are a good start but I have no idea where I was going with them. Some I might post with a "direction" I was going to take them. Others I might finish up and then post.

PS. Does anyone know where I can find any Merry Gentry/ Harry Potter or Buffy crossovers?

I finally moved in. The apartment is small, but it is a fine size for one person. It took forever to get my computer to me, but it finally showed up on Wendsday.

Thursday was the first day of classes for me. The previous days had been filled with one oreintation after another. This day was like most the others surrounding. I really should have gone to bed earlier so that I had more sleep. Anyway, I got up and to my class with plenty of time. Both of the classes look like a lot of fun. There will be a lot of work involed, but hopefully I won't explod from lack of sleep. lol I still have a few more classes to get to, but overall I am happy with this change in my life.

Well, I am half way there. I have moved down to California. I am currently living with my friend's place until the apartments for school open up in 10 days. I can't wait to finally get there and get settled in.

Okay, I am soo freaking out. I am moving in one and a half weeks and I just started packing! Yes, I know, bad me. What can I say. I am a procrastinator. *shrug*

I am starting to get really excited though. :D

I love Laura Wright playing Carly. I just hope that she sticks around. I don't like adjusting to a new actress playing this character almost every year. The character deserves better then that. I really would like to see her still playing the part in a couple of years. I believe that Laura Wright will do Carly justice.

I can't stand it when, in my opinon, an author ruins their fic. My biggest peeve is when they have a wonderful idea for a story. They even have great imagery and emotion, all the characters interact well. Then there is this one HUGE, GLARING error. The main character can do no wrong! They have a come back for everything and they will ALWAYS be right and all the other characters lives must revolve around the main characters life. !!URRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG!! *cries* Why would you destroy such a good story!!

It also rubs me wrong when I can't stop reading it. If it gets too bad then I will skim it, but man ... through the rest of the story I am thinking in my head, "If only they hadn't made him/her/it a God character." *sigh*

Okay, I am done ranting now. *waves*

I am back after a very long break. I had a month of ups and downs, but thing might just be getting back to "normal". Please, oh please! I hope that you all have had a wonderful holidays.

What in the world is a lime, lemon or citrus fic? People have marked their fics as such and I have no idea what they mean, so I thought I would ask you all. Also, does anyone know where I can find actor fics for Harry Potter actors? Is there a community somewhere that I am missing?

My sister is so sweet. This year when mom and her were decorating the Christmas tree she said that she wanted to decorate it how I would like it. :D Usually we have an angel themed Christmas tree, but not this year!! It has colored lights and green and gold balls all over it. She picked green and gold for my to favorite house to go with my HP obsession. LOL I love it!

Well Thanksgiving when fine for the day. Later that night though, wasn't so good. My "puppy", who was almost 3 years old, dead that night. I have just started to realize that he is not going to be coming home. *cry* I miss him. He was such a love-able cuddle bug.

My dad think that he might have been poisoned. I am not so sure, but I am not going to disagree. He got so sick so fast and no one really knows why. I didn't even get to hug him goodbye!

I hate walking into a room and knowing where he should be and seeing an empty spot. It was just to fast! And my other dog, I think she is 7, she just doesn't know what to do without him. She is such a companion dog. I am worried about her now. I don't want her to get depressed.
