Studies from ecopsychology highlight how simple walks in green spaces lower anxiety, improve mood, and enhance mindfulness, allowing the mind to unwind and reconnect with the earth’s unhurried rhythm.
It is almost similar to a hummingbird and the humming or buzzing sound is produced by its rapid wing movement.
