Welcome to The Fake Slashers, a community created for EVERYONE of ALL slashing abillities in the fandom of Green Day. Here you can post slashy works, pictures, and graphics. Under construction. Rules are simple and few, so follow the yellow brick road...


Posting & allowed pairings→ Everyone has posting access that joins. Everyone who's slashed it up knows the usual rules. Title, Author, Pairing, and Disclaimer at least. Anything else is really up to you. Spell check is very, very lovely but you won't get you know, beat up for not using it. Any pairings including a Green Day member are welcome (Mike Dirnt/oh say... Billie Joe Armstrong *smirk*) or any out of Green Day pairings are also welcome. This includes people affiliated with Green Day; other bands, actors, made up characters, whatever. If posting a het (say, Billie/Adie) this is welcome so long as you have slash in it (Billie/Adie, but Mike/Tré, too).

Disclaimer→ For those new slashers, a disclaimer is basically just so you don't get your ass sued. Anything such as "I make no claim on Green Day. None of the following material happened. It is all fiction." will be fine.


Lj-cuts→ Yes damn us, damn us to Hell but these little buggers are required. Don't know how? <*lj-cut text="*Whatever the fuck you want"> without the lil *'s. Lj-cuts save lives and kittens, unlike masturbation, so use em. :D

Proper language→ All this means is that you don't constantly speak like "L0lz0rz omgzzz billy jo greenday iz soooo hotttwww!!111four!11twelveandahalf!!1". That's all we ask. Also, it'd be nice if you spell Green Day and the band member's names right, ya know. Just so someone doesn't come down on you like a feline out of a bag of cat nip.

RESPECT→ Probably the most important rule on community, and a big force behind why this community was created. Everyone on here is the same. No better, no worse. There's a very fine line between constructive critisism and flat out coming down on some one. Don't brag that you're better, don't insult others. If you have a problem with someone, e-mail either I or BJ.

Remember why you're here→ This site is for Green Day slash. This means that you need to have a fuckin good time. Me and BJ here aren't strict, so enjoy your stay at The Fake Slashers.
