Hi all (Mods, I hope this is OK, feel free to delete if not),
A few years ago, I wrote a Synlet Incredibles fic called Marrow, which is posted up at FF.net. I've been messing about with a sequel to it, and I'm about forty pages in. However, I could really, really use a second opinion on one of the chapters, and if that person would be interested in beta-ing the story too, that would be awesome. Is anyone interested? I'd really appreciate it.
(Anyone with experience in beta-ing would be awesome, but not necessary. Oh, and 'beta-ing' is totally a word now.)

Nice to see Mirage found something useful to do after Syndrome was killed escaped and went into hiding. ;)
The new character's name is Ginormica (aka Susan Murphy) and she was turned into a giantess when she was hit by a meteorite. There's more info about the film here:

Is there anyone still reading this community any more?
Someone on the IMDB "The Incredibles" posting forum responded to some idiotic rumor about "Pixar shutting down." You Incredibles fans might enjoy this.
He stated: "Pixar ain't going no where. My uncle works for them and he said they have projects for years and years to come. NO he won't tell me what they are but he did say The Incredibles is just looking for a good script and then a projected startup date that would be a few years from now."

Hello all!
This community's been, well.... kinda dead but I've been thinking about this possibility for a little while now and thought announcing it would be a good way to celebrate the first anniversary of the DVD release (even if that was atually 3 days ago). Is there enough interest out there to start an Incredibles RPG? It could be of Modern Times, The Glory Days, or an AU Hybrid and would be moderated only to ensure that players are serious about the game.

Wow...after having lurked around this community since it practically started, I have finally joined! I'm a stranger to LiveJournal but certainly no stranger to The Incredibles - I saw it five times at the cinema, beating my record of seeing The Fellowship of the Ring four times. ^^ It's become one of my most favourite films, certainly my favourite Pixar film to date, and I love it to bits - everything from the animation to the characters to the voice-acting and wonderful score. Though I have to say, Syndrome is by far my favourite character and I probably wouldn't haved liked the film half as much if it wasn't for him!!
Well, once I've figured out how all LJ's tags work I will share my various Incredibles-related creations with y'all - I have some fanart and a few banners, and I also have a fanfic on the go.
