The Band Wagon

Stemming from our sister comm, slashknot, The Band Wagon was created by those with a passion for the band - and between the band members! The name originated from the common saying, 'to jump on the band wagon', a term often used on slashknot when members are in agreement with one another.

While this comm is not all about slash (that is to say, "boy love" or men showing affection towards one another), please be warned - it is intended for members of slashknot to discuss these themes and post material orientated to them. If you do not approve of guy-on-guy, then you're probably in the wrong place ;).

Because of LJ's policies on communities with adult themes, it is necessary for us to make The Band Wagon a members-only, 18 years old and above comm. If you're a member of slashknot and/or over 18, you won't have any trouble - just send us a request so we can friend you. But make sure we can see your birth date on your profile (makes it a bit easier!).

There are few rules here. All posts must be in some way relevant to either Slipknot, Stone Sour, The Murderdolls and/or slash themes, whether it's a comment about a piece of good fiction you read, a photo or video of the band or individual members, a discussion about a plot bunny or a question about the band that you would like to ask (no, we do not have the guys' addresses or the like so please refrain from asking these types of questions!). Constructive criticism about something you have read is permitted, but trolling or flamming is not and antagonists will be given two warnings before they are banned from the comm completely. To avoid outside offence, all posts are friends only and we ask if you have a large image/video or amount of text (anything over about 200 words) to use an LJ cut.
