Hello all!
Let me introduce myself.
I am Rebecca U, or Becca Confidential in the zine world. I write the zine, Just That Good and reside in the great state of Texas! I just graduated from high school, and with that, released the twelfth issue of my zine on high school life/graduation/and what comes next. If you want a copy just e-mail me at justthatgoodzine@gmail.com. Kinky Friedman is my hero and I really don't think I will ever move out of this state.
Anyway, on to this comunnity.
I decided to create this community to try and bring together all the zinesters that live in Texas, or anyone else who loves zines from Texas, loves Texas, or just loves zines in general. You don't have to be a zinester in Texas to join, it's just preferable, but definately not a requirement.
Like in any other zine community here, you can advertise your zine or anything related to zines. If you know of a cool show going on in the state, tell us about it! If you need to call for submissions to your zine, go on and let us know! The possibilities are limitless! Just keep in mind that I will not tolerate posts/zines that are in any way a form of hatred. That means all of them between racism to homophobia. So, if you want to down anyone else, do not do it herem, take it somewhere else.
