There are two big questions with this theme.
The first question is: How do the characters even pull this off? What circumstances prompted this? The theme itself, inspired by the iconic kiss from 2002's Spiderman movie, imagines the participants' bodies maneuvered so their mouths have a somewhat different landing place than they do in the original, but that's just one option. Is one character tied up? Are they acrobats, putting parallel bars to unconventional use? Is someone pinning someone else to a wall? Has it always been the dream of someone who rock-climbs or parachutes? What obstacles exist to getting one's face in the right place, let alone anything else, and how do the characters overcome them?
The second question is: Depending on who all is involved, which head does their blood really rush to?
