I just noticed that AwesomeStart (the google start page site) doesn't have a Colbert Report theme. What's worse is that The Colbert Report is only number 7 on the most requested list!

Ahh...wouldn't it be great? I'm not sure what we could do...but since I've seen so many people making those T-shirts and things with phrases on them, perhaps we could make campaign buttons, signs, bumper stickers, etc ^^. What platform would they run on? They would most likely be Independents so...what would their party name be?
One thing's for sure, I bet Jon would be the most interesting orator. And judging from his confrontation on Crossfire, kill in the debates.

How delightful. I love Jon and Stephen -- if the world were perfect, I'd be campaigning hardcore. But since the world isn't perfect, I'll have to settle for them being my personal idols, and campaigning hardcore for them being too damn smart for their own good ... goods ... collective good.
Yay for this comm! But I still don't know what we do. But Stewart/Colbert fangirling is certainly good in its own right.

Nothing has ever been more self-explanatory. Something almost makes me want to treat them as real candidates. In a way, this is more of symbolic protest against the current politicians. Do with it what you will. Suggestions are more than welcome.
So without further ado I give you Stewart/Colbert 2008 the live journal community that is full of nothing but empty hopes and dreams.
