Welcome to SPOTLIGHTSTILLS; an icon challenge community devoted to ridiculously good-looking celebrities. The concept is pretty simple. We'll post pictures, you make icons, everyone votes, and then the winners recieve banners. Join at the top of the page and start participating! RULES: #1. Icons must be 100x100 or less, 40kb or less, & must be in png/gif/jpg form. #2. After challenge is posted by mod, you will have 6 days to submit up to 3 icons using the provided guidelines (certain pictures, lyrics, etc.) #3. Voting will take place after deadline, a new challenge will start, along with declaring the winners. #4. Do not post an icon that has been post elswhere. #5.
