I've been working on a huge set of Phantom of the Opera icons... as it turns out, the set isn't that huge. But for me it's a lot, and it was quite a bit of work. Hope you all like them. :) Amazingly, I managed to make more Raoul/Christine icons than Erik/Christine. I think I feel sort of bad neglecting the R/C ship in my graphics, since it tends to be a bit... under-appreciated. So that's probably why, given I am more of an E/C shipper, myself.

I've made some more brushes from scans. This time I have 20 paper/twine brushes. These I've titled "Parcel Post," because they're very paper-y and letter-y. Most of them are images of torn or crumpled paper and cardboard, but there are also several twine brushes. I like them a lot, and they are very versatile. They can be used for borders, textures, or other effects, and look quite nice. You will notice that there is no regular preview image. This is because most of the brushes feature a lot of white and pale colors, and they just look horrible in a preview image. Instead, I've uploaded a few brushes from the image pack to show you. :)

More brushes! Yay! Two sets, this time, both quite similar. The two sets are both grunge texture brushes.I made them by "distressing" composition notebooks (not old notebooks, the ones I'm currently using for school XDDD), scanning them, and messing around in PSE. I seem to be going through another bout of productivity. I've made quite a few icons, lately, which will be posted soon. I've also made these starburst icon brushes. They're pretty simple, but I think they're cool, and could be quite useful. If they're popular, I may make a second set of larger ones, for use in layout-making, f/o banners, etc. They're very simple and fun to make. Let me know what you think.

Alright, alright, I've finally broken down. Due to the unreliability of Megaupload and other such free file hosting services, I've decided to move all downloadable .zip files to my domain, Faery-Circle.net.

That doesn't mean that you will have to go to F-C.net to find the textures, brushes, and wallpapers--they will be linked to directly from right here. Hopefully this will make it a bit easier for us all. HOWEVER, because the .zips will now be hosted by yours truly, they must not be hotlinked to by anyone other than myself, or my bandwidth will soar, and I won't be able to afford my domain anymore.

So please, don't hotlink anything! This includes, but is not limited to, .zip files, icons, preview images, and wallpapers. Each and every file I've offered for download here is 100% free... but you must host everything yourself, unless otherwise stated.

I am very proud of myself! I have completed yet another downloadable set, a batch of wallpapers inspired by stained glass. This is my second round of abstract walls. The first can be found here. These are really fun to make, and I think they look pretty cool. I especially like the rainbow colors! ^_^ Keep in mind that I am currently accepting requests, so if you like these, you may want to consider requesting a graphic from me. Of course, the requests are absolutely free, and I'll make you just about anything you ask for!

OMG! I'm being productive! *shock*

More fooling around in PS. This time I made a bunch of light textures. They are slightly unconventional, leaning towards gradients, but definitely have more "to them" then simple gradients. Needless to say, these textures are intended for use in icon-making.

I was fooling around it Photoshop today, and starting layering different brightly-colored gradients. This resulted in the creation of 7 psychedelic wallpapers. I decided to post them here, for the enjoyment of the general public. These aren't supposed to be great works of digital artwork, they're supposed to be pretty and shiny and colorful and trippy and, I hope, make some people smile.
