Ok, hopefully anyone on this group can help me. My boyfriend and i have been together for 9 months, great sex life, love eachother, the whole amazing nine yards. But i noticed the other day that he was on the hot or not website looking at girls in the chicago area, he just said that he was bored and was just looking. And he watches a lot of porn, and it really hurts my feelings. He said that he would give it up, and he loves me and wants to be with only me, but i need to know if i am over reacting or am i just being cautious, i have never had a man cheat on me, and i don't ever want it to happen, i don't think he would but i need to know, did anyone else ever have this problem? Guys are gals, help me with any advice, please. Thanks please reply anyone.

This is actually a weird post, but I actually saw Dan Savage a few weeks ago walking into a local Seattle theatre to see Harry Potter. I assume it was with his son, so I didn't bother to meet him. I swear to Savage Love that it was Dan.
Later I told this story to one of the art editors of The Stranger, who found it to be absolutely hilarious (Dan's the editor-in-chief of the paper, I believe).

I volunteer at the Women's Rights Information Center in Englewood and I recently came across some information you might find interesting.

i figured its time for some dan savage news.
as most of us are aware, dan is in a big of a controversy with Katie. explained at the bottom of his column here
her site is now unfortunately dismantled, so i never got a chance to read her side of the story.
she won. sort of. the council decided she is owed five bucks, but no wand. but because she is "spunky" and a multitude of other things, they are sending her a magic wand.
now i'm curious what you guys think. did she deserve the wand? from what i know, he actually said "i will get u a wand if you come to my signing" (i may be wrong about this), i personally think he was a little harsh, i mean the poor girl *did* come to his signing from god knows where, and he had nothing for her (not even her 5 bucks as promised)
and for anyone who needs more of a fill in on the story, feel free to ask.

Re: Dan's column where furries wrote in to defend themselves...gee, Dan's not too good at admitting he's made a mistake, is he? ^_^
I just wanted to say that I know some furries, and they are very cool people (and not sick!) Just felt like I should defend them, that's all.
Edit: Oooh, spoke too soon, they're still at it! I should also add that furries have been given a bad rep for several years now, which I guess is why so many are quite touchy about having a columnist as popular as Dan not taking them as seriously as they'd like.
