To go along with the whole don’t take the Christ out of Christmas referring to people writing XMas. Since I have been back at school I have heard a lot of people talking about their Thanksgiving break. The thing is, is that I keep hearing "turkeyday" and not thanksgiving. I know thanksgiving is not a Holyday, it’s a holiday. But the purpose of the day is to be thankful to the things we appreciate. So is it right to take away the correct name of the holiday and call it "turkeyday?" I don’t really care who calls it what. I just want some of your input on it.
