ROM problems

I'm trying to play the Sega Genesis "Blades of Vengeance" rom on my Mac. On every emulator I use it gets past the opening credits, the music starts playing and then resets. I downloaded the file from two different sources with no luck. Is it the ROM, the computer or the emulator? Could someone else give the file a try and see if you have the same problem? Thanks.
