Retail Workers Unite!

This is created for retail employees to not only complain about thier working conditions (getting paid a barely livable wage) but to do something about it. If we want our situation to improve we must have an open dialog about our situation. we are workers, not team members and we deserve better compensation for our work. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer but we control the switches and can make change happen.
The new generation of workers are sometimes college educated and working for $6/hr while paying off student loans, some of us have the "advantage" of not having student loan debt because we never went to school. We cannot afford health insurance even as part of our "benefit package". Even if we are not college educated, even if we are not young... this is our revolution. Grab your wrenches!
