Not like many people post here anyway, but I'm making this place a moderated comm, which means that I have to approve each submission before it's posted. I'm keeping the comm that way until both the movie and the book come out. It's just a precaution. I don't want anyone to see things they don't have to. If things don't have anything to do with the new book/movie and their outcomes, they'll get through. If they do, though, the posts won't be approved, and the poster will be banned as per my previous post.
I don't expect to have any such problems, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. And I'd rather keep you all safe too.

I just wanted to pop by and remind you all of something.
The new movie comes out in about three weeks. The book in about a month. We're coming down to the wire, and I just want to put it out here right now. And I'm saying it big, loud, and red...
IF YOU POST ANY SPOILERS AT ALL IN THE NEXT MONTH WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS OR WITHOUT PUTTING IT BEHIND A LJ CUT, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE COMMUNITY. NOT JUST REMOVED FROM THE COMM AND ABLE TO POST AGAIN. BANNED.
If you DO put a spoiler up without a warning and a cut tag, you will have five minutes from your posting time to fix that post accordingly, or you WILL be banned. No exceptions.
I don't want to be spoiled like I was for the last book, and I don't want any of you to be either. If I were you, especially in the final days before the book comes out, I would remove your HP communities from your friends lists. There are rude and evil people out there that go around posting spoilers just for the sheer joy of knowing they've spoiled something for someone else.
Once the movie and/or book are out, all posts regarding either should still include warnings and cuts for at least two months. I don't want to see mention of who dies or what happens in open posts until at least mid-to-late September. Posts without warnings/cuts will be deleted and the poster will be banned.
Be careful, everyone! Not everyone is as nice as we all are.

as I was telling mcvries last night, I was at a wedding reception in Skippack, PA this past Saturday. There was a little kid there that looked exactly like Tom Felton in The Borrowers well, not so much curly red hair, but other than that - exact! I wanted to kidnap him!!! He played outfield for me while I pitched in the little kid whiffle ball game. I love him.
Ah, Dean nattish would enjoy this... *grin* I was watching the Family Feud on Game Show Network, and one of the surveys was "Name someone with Dean in his name."
Guess what I saw? I saw the Hogwarts Express!!!!!! I was on the way to my Nan and Granddad's in Wales and there it was at the side of the road on a trailer! If only I had a camera...
It was probably my eyes playing tricks on me, but last week I saw one of those for sale signs for a house that I normally ignore. But as I went past it, I looked at it and I could have sworn it said "Wingardium Leviosa." Since I was in a car, by the time it registered, it was too late for me to look back and see if that's what it really said. :(
Then, about 30 seconds later, I saw a sign in front of a building and the company name was RED CAP something-or-other. I thought I was losing my mind...
I went grocery shopping for myself. At the store, I was about to go off to the meats section when something caught my eye... CoS plates. And bowls. And cups. I got one of each. It may not exactly be a sighting, but it's random Harry-ness.
