She has another community where she dumps icons, more specifically, RP-oriented icons, over at falaflame. If it's RP iconsets you're looking for, it's that community you should be friending!Please note Neon is rather anal about her work. If you steal, trace, color, alter or otherwise use her works in any way without asking her, she will get pissy and attempt to stab you with sharp pointy objects. However, she's pretty lenient if you do ask, so if you'd like to use her work for anything at all, just drop her a comment! As for icons, commenting if you take anything and crediting in the icon description is required. Please play nice. :( Lastly, colored manga posts are public. Artwork posts are community-locked, so if you want to be able to see those you need to join the community. Neon reserves the right to ban anyone who attempts to steal her artwork and make public posts ridiculing said person(s).
