Hi all. Yeah I'm from alaska where its 6 months 24 hour sunlight and the 24 hours of night. I will be visiting Panama City Beach this weekend and I would just liek to know when does it start getting dark there? and when does the sun set? |

So there are two art shows within 2 hours of each other for those of you in the area. The first one is...
Angela and the others helping her put this together are going to have an awesome little set up. They're using most of Mirabella Plaza for the art show. She said it was going to have a sort of street cafe/gallery sort of ambiance. She's invited over 550 people in the area from business owners to interior decorators to club owners... and of course John Q. Public. Plus its free.
The second show which will be tons of fun as well is...
Katie is doing a great job putting this whole thing together. Plus, she's got a keg going. WOot! So those of you who feel art and alcohol make a great pair, should definately check this one out. But aside from that, there are so many cool local artists that will be at this exhibit as well. Plus, the wonderful musical stylings of the 23rd century will definately put a cool space age/mad scientist sort of spin to it. Hee hee...
So you're got Panama City Beach & Fort Walton Beach doing up the culture next weekend. You should definately check them out. And hey, if you've got other stuff to do that night, they're early enough where you can bask in creativity and then rock out at the club/bar.
I have pieces that I'm showing at both. Eeee! You should totally go!! Hope to see you there!! :) |

Me and my mom are planning on moving sometime around this summer. We currently live in Naples. We were looking at the Lynn Haven or Panama Beach City area. I am the owner and moderator of  patriotpenpals, a PC based organization. We are a small, grassroots group staffed entirely by volunteers and funded exclusively by donations. Our sole purpose is to provide friendship, support and encouragement to military personnel deployed overseas. Our volunteers send letters, cards and care packages to deserving military men and women as a way to show our appreciation and thanks for all that they do. Hi Everyone, I just joined. I'm Matt , I'm 20 years old (soon to be 21) and I'm a student at Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee,Florida.Panama City Beach is one of my family's favorite vacation spots. We go just about every year,so far we've been two times this year and I had a blast.I love the beach.Just thought I'd say hi. |

The place is kinda quiet but I decided to say hi anyways. I'm excited that there's a community for the place I grew up... My name is Harmoni and I lived in Panama City until I was 10 but I still go there often. I went to Hiland Park Elementary (go Razorbacks) and I cheered for Drummond Park while I was down there too... anyways. Thought I'd say hi. |

im not from pcb, but i went vacationed there on my honeymoon last june. needless to say we had a wonderful time, despite tropical storm bill. anyway, i was just wondering if anyone ever watches this community? im assuming it is just a dead comm coz the last post was in 2003.

A week from today I'll be downt here In P.C. I'll be there for a few weeks... I've came down every year since I"ve been alive *nods* I want to move down soon... I'm trying to find someone here where I live to go with me... so I can afford rent payments somewhere easier *nods* Anyone know of any online find a room mate kinda deals for the P.C. area?

i'm glad pc finally got a community.
i've been using the pensacola one since it was the closest to the worlds most beautiful beaches.
i'm in college so i'm not really up to date on whats going on in pc, but i need to know cuz i'll be home for the summer.
