paian: Daniel, Teal'c and Mitchell reading slash fiction (slashfic by me)
Couple of commentfics written for the Three Sentence Fic challenge at [community profile] event_horizons, where there are a lot of really nifty fills, with more than a week still to go:

Fingers Crossed, three very long sentences about superstitions and last Friday's hockey game; Jack/Daniel, 200 words, teen.

Pinch Harmonic, a 'Forever in a Day' missing scene; Jack(/)Daniel, Daniel/Sha're, a smidge of other UST, 869 words, teen. [ETA: Revised version now at AO3.]

Also, I forgot to link this from here when I archived it:

Right of Action, a Jack/Daniel aliens-make-them fic that iirc started life as a response to a Wordle challenge way way back, was abandoned in favor of 'Come What May,' and was then started over from scratch as a story for the zine a lot of very lovely people put together for Holdt. 8130 words, adult.

My contribution to Episode Alphabet Soup, superbly curated by [personal profile] fignewton.

Updated May 28: I thought it might be fun if which episode this is creeps up on you, and my HTML-fu for highlight-to-read failed, so I put the episode name at the bottom for anyone who wanted to try reading without knowing the ep in advance. Now I'm tagging the entry, which will give it away, but I'm leaving this as is so that the comments about guessing the episode make sense. :-)

2775 words, rated teen.

Inspired (the behind-the-scenes SGC-Sanctuary connection, the rare-pairing-encounter scenario, the general arc of the encounter, the in-a-different-city setting, the preposition-establishmentname title, the double-entendre establishment name, and the pairing itself) by At the Double Palm by [personal profile] joelthecat and the comments on it.

Bring Me to Life
1227 words, gen with sexual content, mature
Baal's host/Baal's host's dominant hand

Bring Me to Life

Another flashfic for [community profile] mmom (more like a two-day flashfic this time, and in an existing scenario, since I've been chipping away for a while now at this post-Continuum fic about Vala and Baal's host -- #2 here is a tiny snippet of it -- and I tried to write this one so that it would make sense on its own but also slot smoothly into the fic-in-progress).

paian: Jack looking at Daniel (jd w/jack in bg by me)
Jack/Daniel, teen for language, ~2900 words
Episode tag to 'The First Ones'
Response to the May mini-episodeathon at [community profile] jackdanielpromptfic
Meant to be commentfic (and it fit in a Dreamwidth comment until I added two sentences because I could :-)) but posted here because it's past the closing date.

Timestsamp coda to Five Ways Arrom Left Vis Uban Before SG-1 Showed Up.

A Few Weeks After SG-1 Showed Up

"Yep," Jack said definitively, defusing Daniel's animated -- OK, maybe a little frenetic -- defense of the significance of this cache of artifacts with the complete non sequitur of an affirmative that wasn't an answer. "Still as squirrely as ever."

Daniel stopped short, closed his mouth, cocked his head. Thought about the secrets tucked away in his head and heart, the cache of Jack-moments he stored up during the day and opened in his dreams whether he willed it or not, the love and desire that had constituted so much of the nameless yearning he'd felt in Vis Uban.

"Yep," he said, in deliberate echo, with other echoes bouncing off and away from it, layers of meaning that Jack would never parse. "Still squirrely. Now about these artifacts ... "
