I was hacked -- sorry you all had to suffer too

Sometime last night my LJ was hacked and, as a result, until I got it straightened out this afternoon many of you were subjected to torrents of nude pics. I'm now tracking down the hacker's posts as best I can and deleting them when I find them. If the hacker struck here, I am sorry. If not... then I am grateful.
This episode puts me in mind of the lectures we got as children -- the lectures about how our good name is the most valuable thing we have. I don't think I appreciated it nearly as much till now; out here in cyberspace, what are we besides a name and a scattering of text on a screen? Now, through nothing but ill luck (because I am geek enough to swap passwords fairly frequently) I am stuck trying to mop the mud off my name.
I hope most of you who know me at all will know I would not have spammed you like that. I am grateful to the abuse team at LJ for getting my journal back into my hands, and grateful to community mods who stopped the hacker's spam and kept it offline in their communities.
At any rate, that is my tale. Again, I apologize that you folks had to get bogged down in it.

Article on urban paganism and questions of "nature"

A brief article, arguing that Urban Paganism is possible and equally as desirable as "moving to the country" (as the article she is responding to suggests). She begins to conceptualise what such urban Paganism could look like, her ideas involving beautifying and "greening" cities.
