This is a community for discussion of Own Hands Story Search--an advanced search tool for works of fiction--and other topics from Arwen's (labingi's) email newsletter.
Own Hands is a crowdsourced search tool in which advanced search fields let you pick precise story characteristics. The goal is to deliver specific results tailored to what you want to read. It is being developed by Arwen Spicer (PhD in English literature, MLIS) and Glenn Peters (web developer and geeky autodidact).
Anonymous commenting is currently enabled, so you do not need a Dreamwidth account to join in the conversation.
