ns_issues's Journal

The Nationstates Issues community ns_issues is for those who play Nationstates to be able to record their responses to issues that help their nation develop. Nationstates itself doesn't offer this functionality (yet...?) so we LJ/Nationstates users decided to help ourselves.

At the moment, we're not 100% how much correlation there is between issues for individual nations, whether they're pulled from a general pool of issues at random, or if a few issues get issued to all nations every day, or some other mechanism. We're leaning toward the few-issues-to-everyone hypothesis, and hopefully this community will help provide evidence to support this.

Community Rules

1. You must play Nationstates. (What is Nationstates?)
2. Only post a new issue if it doesn't already appear in the recent posts list. Check recent issues to see if the one you'd like to respond to has already been posted.
3. If the issue hasn't already been posted, post the full issue (ignore country, name, currency and national animal references, we'll get the gist) ONLY in the main post.
4. If you've responded to this issue, post your full decision as a comment to the main post (not to someone else's decision). You can add a reason if you like. You may also post if you dismissed the issue. An idea of why you did this (e.g. "I didn't agree with any of the responses, because they're all mad") would be helpful in getting others involved.
5. We encourage sensible discussion of the issue and of other nations' responses, but if you just want to say daft things like "you can't do that!" then we'll point you to the obvious response ("yes, I can, it's my bloody nation - get your own!") and probably delete your comment without notice.
6. Don't post any non-Nationstates issues related posts. They'll be deleted without notice. Use your own LJ for that.

To join this community, post a reply to this thread, including the name of your Nationstates nation.
