Recently came back from a month long trip to Thailand and in one of the local malls I found an arcade, something I had not been to in several years. While there I became hopelessly addicted to one of their games.
I know the game is supposed to be out already in North America, but I haven't had time to go looking for it yet (jet lag + return to work)
I'm hoping someone might have seen it while playing or passing by a local arcade.
The game is called DJ Max Technika and is fairly easy to recognize with 2 screens and a blaring stereo system.

Daikon is a one day convention catering to Anime and Asian Entertainment in the Montreal downtown area. Daikon will be held on July 3rd, 2010, at the Holiday Inn, 420 Sherbrooke West , Montreal, Quebec.
Fans can enjoy screenings, gaming, exhibitors and more at Daikon. Daikon is a great way to kick off with the summer by hanging out and making new friends, spreading fandom and enjoying events.
A portion of the proceeds at Daikon 2010 will be donated to the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.
There will be a raffle contest hosted at the convention. A draw will be made every 2 hours during the convention for prizes. For further contest details please visit our website.

Just bought it offa Xbox Live's Community Games. I gotta say, it's really addicting. You use this little grey dude that spits up bombs, and you gotta blow up all the enemies in each level before they can kill you.
If anybody has played it, do you know any tips for beating the bonus level at the end of the game?

I just read this Slashdot article.

What I'm worried about is that Europe usually gets a later release date. So, if a game is released in Japan on May 1st, then in North America (English only) on June 1st, and then in Europe on July 1st, people living in Quebec will not be able to locally buy the game until the French version ships (in July?)? Will publishers start shipping French versions at the same time? (another comment on this subject) |
