University of Waterloo Library
Use our online scheduling tool to book study rooms at the University of Waterloo Libraries. Rooms are booked by library location. All rooms are accessible and have electrical outlets and whiteboards (except Dana Porter Study Booth). Each room can be booked for a maximum of three hours per person. Library users are expected to follow the study rooms booking guidelines to ensure fair and equitable access.
