WELCOME LIMS stands for Last Icon Maker Standing. Here at  leverage_lims, our subject is the TV show Leverage. Each challenge will last one week, and one by one will be eliminated. RULES & SUGGESTIONS 01. Everyone who wants to participate HAS TO SIGN UP. It is also suggested that you join & friend this community. 02. Each icon has to follow the obvious standards: no more than 100x100 in size, and no more than 40 kbs. 03. Each week you will be provided with one or more images. Those are the only ones allowed to use, unless stated otherwise. Stock photos, brushes, textures, etc. are all allowed unless otherwise noted. All episodes may be featured, as well as pictures of the cast (in and out of character). |
VOTING 01. You are voting someone OUT of the competition. 02. When voting, you will comment with the number of your least favorite icon(s) and the reason why. You must provide real/technical reasons (see how to vote tutorial). These comments will be screened. 03. At the end of the voting period, the icon-maker(s) with the most votes will be disqualified from the contest. There will also be a People's Choice and a Mod's Favorite award each week. |
DISQUALIFICATION 01. If you miss a challenge, you will be disqualified. However, everyone will be allowed ONE SKIP, meaning you can choose to sit out on that challenge and still continue the competition. If you choose to use your skip week, comment to the challenge post that you are skipping. If you miss a challenge without posting to that entry, your skip will be used for you. 02. You CAN NOT skip the first challenge, or the final two. If you do not enter these challenges, you are out of the competition. 03. All entries must remain anonymous! This means you cannot post your icon anywhere until after voting is OVER for that challenge. 04. Using a previously made icon or taking someone elses icon will not be tolerated. |
TIMELINE Sundays: Challenge goes up. You have until Friday to submit your icon. Wednesdays: Mid-week reminder. Fridays: Voting goes up until Sunday, 4 p.m. PST. Sundays: Results are announced and a new challenge goes up. |
