It is a weekly contest wherein we will tell you what to make, either a banner or icon or wallpaper or whatever. We don't want to limit to making icons only. LCC is inspired by _whored and xbandners. LCC is founded by publicinertia and moderated by publicinertia, carbon_suicide, aliceunbelongng and toolostobesaved.

RULES

O1 No voting for your own icon.

O2 No claiming and no using of another person's icon then editing it.

O3 If you're have multiple accounts in LJ and you used your other accounts, we'll know and we'll disqualify you.

O4 Do not upload your entry in other journals/sites/communities unless the contest is over.
