Goodness it's been a long time since I posted anything on here, but I thought I'd come and pimp out my latest little business.
I have started making jewellery, I make beaded bracelets, earrings and necklaces, but my most popular items have been Kumihimo bracelets. Kumihimo is an ancient Japanese braiding technique and the bracelets I make can be made in any colours and combinations from a single colour up to 8 different colours and with a variety of patterns depending on the number of colours used.
I've set up a facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/JewelleryByJanine) with some pictures and I've been taking commissions on there. I've had a few requests for Game of Thrones House colours as well as football team colours to do as well as a possible commission of 100 black, white and pink ones for a charity.
I can make them to whatever length you need, just send me your wrist measurement, I usually add about an inch and a half so that it's comfortable and not too tight or loose. My wrist is 6.5 inches so I make them about 8 inches in length including the clasp for myself. There's a choice of clasps too, either toggle, lobster or magnetic.
The price would be £8 each plus p&p (£1 within the UK) and I'd be happy to discount for larger numbers. I dont mind shipping outside the UK, they dont weigh much so postage shouldn't be too expensive but I can always get a quote for postage if you'd like.
As an add-on I can also add a charm hanger and add a charm to it if you want (see pink bracelet below). It would add to the price and I'd need to source the charm so it would take a little longer but if you wanted something especially personal to you I could do that, say a letter charm or something related to your fandom or hobby. If you have your own charm that you'd want to hang that's fine, I can do it just with the charm hanger and you can add your own charm to it when you get it.
If you're interested you can either reply on here, message the page on facebook or I've set up an email account under jewellerybyjanine @gmail.com (remove the space before the @).
