In the coming build I’ve sped up the adventurers heading into the dungeon and rope speed significantly , so that should be live soon + some more content

I largely agree with you. The only reason it costs you the soul is to prevent the best way to play the game to be: Any time your monster is missing health -> delete and replace them. 

It would be a very powerful way to play the game and also annoying to manage. I'll keep thinking about a better solution because I don't like losing the soul as well

yeah web version seems to have issues for some machines. I wanted to focus on creating more content over chasing down these issues.

Yeah is quite powerful. Even with a nerf Mithril golem would still be apt

I’m adding a croissant vendor on the second floor. Maybe there needs to be support for the stacked steaks as well

nothings worse than when you want to try a build that sounds fun to you and it doesn’t work. Some thing might be more efficient, but I’ve seen players get to the end without reading anything lol

oops fighter is strength

Oh yeah building weird atypical builds is what playing RPGs is all about for me

My favorite char was a level 2 tempest cleric/rest lvls sorcerer. Destructive wrath lets you max thunder lightning damage once per day. max damage chain lightning goes crazy lol

Their char sheets will indicate their highest stats and lowest stats. Each class will assign its highest and lowest rolls to the same stats each time

In the current build they only assign their best stat

Fighter = STR

Cleric = WIS

Mage = INT

Ranger = DEX

Barbarian = CON

Bard = CHA

deleting the treasure and replacing it will probably fix the issue in the meantime, but I'll work out something permanant

are you playing in browser or the latest version 0.1.1?  I fixed a few bugs that caused adventurers to get stuck. I’ll do some testing to see if there are more ways this happens

 Coins are gained when adventures die and drop it. The amount is based on the level of the adventurer. The sewer grate trap also provides gold if they fail a skill check. This all contributes to the coin gaining rate

incentives For higher level rewards are larger party sizes (kill more adventurers) and they drop more gold because the higher tiers attract higher level adventurers

There will be a bit more guidance in the future that is planned, but I’m working hard to make this all clear without walls of tutorial text.

edit: oh and the souls rate accounts for spending souls to summon monsters on that floor, so if you are positive that’s good!

yup I’ll get on that right now. Also you should be able to sell traps and monsters you don’t want anymore.

Yeah unfortunately you have to rely on deep RPG lore right now. Mini character sheets are coming with adventurer stats, but right now adventurers roll for stats and put their highest roll in their "main" stat

Barbarians = STR

Cleric = WIS

Mage = INT

Ranger = DEX

Barbarian = CON

Bard = CHA

So if you place a treasure that attracts a bard for example you should place traps that don't check their charisma

Traps are severely neglected right now. There are too few and like you said have some balancing issues. Next content update will be a new area and more traps!
