Author's Notes: altogetherisi wanted; Torchwood 3 or at least Ianto meeting the Doctor[in particular I'd love a bit where the Doctor is baffled as to why anyone would open the Rift and explain something (to Owen or the whole team)very mildly that nobody understands], the Tenth Doctor and mentions of Rose and Sarah Jane, a happy/hopeful ending.
All of which I have hopefully provided.
The Doctor explaining bit, took me forever to come up with, sorry if it sucks.
